Clean denture completely daily using a soft brush and liquid dial hand soap.

If desired, use a denture soak recommended by us daily followed by brushing.

Use a Sonicare mechanical style toothbrush to brush implants and bar for four minutes twice daily.

Use a proxabrush under bar and around all implants twice daily. Be sure to use at least 10 strokes from each side around each implant.

Don’t clench, grit, grind or rest your teeth together at any time. Maintain a “Lips Together, Teeth Apart” position at all times.

Leave your upper and lower denture out at night.

Clean all your supporting tissues with a soft brush and massage with a wet washcloth twice daily.

Use special floss under bar and around implants twice daily.

Use Peridex prescription mouthrinse on your Sonicare, proxabrush and tissues twice daily. Don’t rinse with Peridex with your denture in. Rinse twice daily with Breath RX mouthrinse. Use tongue scraper to clean your tongue at least once daily.

It is important to maintain three month preventive care and cleanings.
